Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at checkout. Because most items are made to order or produced in small or one-pff batches, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Shipping
Please make sure to choose the correct shipping method at checkout! There are multiple options.
Orders are packed and shipped by hand, by me. Please allow up to 3 days for processing unless otherwise noted. If an ordered is marked as expedited I will do everything within my power to get it out the door as soon as possible. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Megan Ladd is not responsible for lost, stoled, or delayed packages once they are in possession of the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me within 5 days if something arrives damage - I will do my best to make it right. Because some pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind and exact replaement may not be available.
Digital Downloads
Digital products (such as tattoo flash sheets, zines, etc) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these files in any way. Megan Ladd retains all rights and copyright to the artwork. If you would like to use my drawings or artwork for commercial use please reach out and we can work out the details.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and text on this site are the property of Megan Ladd and may not be reproduced, altered, or used without written permission.
Liability
Megan Ladd is not responsible for any misuse, improper installation, or misinterpretation of artwork, nor for the quality of tattoos or reproductions made from licensed digital files.
